He doesn't have an OA (Online Assessment) process in his company. The recruitment process includes an HR interview, a phone interview, and an onsite interview (I heard that the order of the HR interview and the phone interview might be changed). He passed the phone interview some time ago. The process was as follows: a brief self-introduction, no resume review, and then directly solving problems.
