Interview
Two separate interviews. The first is an oral and the second is a practical. Depending on what you are applying for as a cosmetologist you perform a blowout and/or mani/pedi. Ive never seen someone have to perform a make-up application for an interview and I'm guessing its to save product. But you do have to get checked out on it before applying make-up on clients.

Typical interview questions and they ask if you've ever been fired before. They hire on pretty easily but are quick to fire people, so be careful.
