The interview process was more conversational than formal. It involved a one-on-one discussion where we reviewed my background, experience in financial planning, and approach to client relationships. The conversation focused on understanding my knowledge of retirement planning, investment strategies, and how I communicate complex financial concepts to clients. It felt like a mutual fit assessment rather than a structured, multi-stage interview process.
Overall good experience with interview and got an job and accepted it.
Learning is also very good, team leader is very supportive.
Paid leaves and Time off available starts from very first day.
