Emerson Engineering Manager interview questions

Went through 2 rounds of interviews spaced over a couple of weeks. The entire process was smooth and well organized. Questions were a mix of technical, process and HR. Interviews were conducted by senior management. They also explained the product being developed, target market and job expectation. Overall it was a professional and positive experience.

None as I was part of the startup team, no actual interview as I was already selected based on a total factory buyout. Qualifications for management depended upon the incumbent head at the previous job
