Interview
Started with a phone interview with HR which lasted approx. 45 minutes. After the phone interview they scheduled an on-site interview which took an entire afternoon. The on-site interview consisted of 4 separate interviews from the Director of Sales, President and General Manager, another Manager, and finally the HR generalist.

All Behavioral Type Questions such as "Tell me about a time when you were in this situation and what YOU did"

Interview
The process was long, the recruiter communicated the necessary steps, but the response time and scheduling took 4 weeks in between rounds. The last interview was cancelled due to the holidays.

How could you make an HR strategy work in a global environment when the product is still new? What do you know about the company?
Process Structure:
Initial Call: Often starts with a recruiter or HR screening focusing on background and motivation.
Technical Interviews: Assess technical expertise, problem-solving, programming, and sometimes coding challenges.
Behavioral/Pannel Interviews: Evaluate soft skills, teamwork, and cultural fit. Sometimes involve team members or managers and may require discussing past projects or presenting solutions.
Final Rounds: May include meetings with senior management to assess alignment with company values and long-term goals

Interview
Organized process.
Screening call with recruiter, and then 1 interview with hiring manager and another one with hiring manager's supervisor. The last call was with HR.
The whole process was about 1.5 months.
