Many questions on personality, experience, background, give examples of how you handle a project etc...
2) 1 hour interview with 3 executive leaders (VP, Directors)

Interview
It was the interview gauntlet. I interviewed with six people for an hour each, which takes it toll al the end of the day. Because of the quantity of people, it took for ever for them to schedule the interview and then get back together to discuss.
