There is a personal test sent by the email, and then they will take to the exam that similar to the IQ exam which qualifies you to do the face to face interview

Asking about my self, my sdp, my internship, some questions about teamwork, some questions related to the company and the study field, and it ended by 7-10 pages MQ and problem solving test related to the chemical engineering and corrosion process.
