I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Eminence Management (MI) (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jan 2017
Interview
Spoke to a recruiter initially. Was very vague about what the position entailed specifically. Scheduled me for an in person interview. The office building is nice and the office they have is very small but also nice.
This gig is just not for a season sales professional. If you are looking to get into sales and want some good experience then I might recommend it. You are standing in a retail store all day trying to sell products to folks that are walking by. Commission plan is okay for a young person in or just out of college looking for some experience but is not a long term sustainable gig.
If you work long enough and train enough people you have a chance to run your own IMO but that's a tough gig and more work than what the pays worth. Plus that most likely requires a move.
I did something basically along these lines years ago and it was good experience but if your a seasoned sales guy/girl whose looking for stability and longterm growth then take a pass.

Interview
First round in office in Grand Rapids. I quickly was informed of a second round taking place in Muskegon. The second round included a short shadowing period where you would watch an event.
