The interview process was fairly relaxed and similar to a standard interview. They asked about my background and took time to ask follow up questions about specific jobs that aligned with the role I was applying for. It was a group interview with 3 people. The second interview was more informal. It primarily served to acquaintance candidates with the facilities and actualize the description of the role.
