Emory uses an interview technique called Targeted Selection, and you can find lots of study guides for how to answer those questions online. They want a STAR answer: Situation (Set up the scene or background of your example), Task/Target (what you were supposed to do in the situation), Action (what you actually did), and Result (how the situation was resolved BECAUSE OF YOUR ACTION.) If you can touch all of those points in your answer, you're gold.
