I applied through university. I interviewed at Emory University Hospital (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2025
Interview
Very fast process from initial contact with hiring staff to the first interviews. Contact was maintained very quickly and responses for interviews and job interviews and position offer to onboarding was very fast and efficient.
The interview was in person and there were 3 dietitians asking questions. There were 6 total questions and they were all behavioral based. Some questions included telling them about a decision you regret, your most medically complicated patient, and a time when you served an unhappy customer.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you improved a process and what the outcome was.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Emory University Hospital (Atlanta, GA) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was frustrating in the beginning. I got ghosted by one of the departments after they told me they would let me know if I got the job. I even flew out from Chicago which was where I was relocating from. I never even got a rejection automated email. Very frustrating when I met one of the staff that interviewed me because he didn’t even remember me. I didn’t bother reaching out after I had already done so before being ghosted. I got lucky that a manager from a different department reached out for an interview and I was pleased with the better experience.
