Empathy (Colombia) interview questions

Initial phone screening with HR followed by meeting with hiring manager to assess match. This interview was not technical or challenging but rather simply to get each side familiar with the other, the job needs, the experience of the applicant, and whether those two were a match. The interviewer for this position was very personable but professional, clearly someone with experience, knowledge, and vision. Further steps were described as an in-office SQL test, a home exercise, and a presentation of the exercise in office.
