There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a Zoom screening call for about 30 minutes with the VP of Operations. The second was a Zoom call with the VP of Business Development. The third was a half day of shadowing, which I really appreciated because I could get a true feel for the job, the culture, the people and the vibe. They were all very genuine people and I was able to ask anything and they were very open.

Question 1
They asked many good questions and nothing that was strange or unusual. The main thing they wanted to make sure I was on-board with was that it was an inside sales role where I would be visiting with prospective clients virtually and not in person.
