      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EndoVantage in Jan 2018

      Interview

Got a Phone call from HR and a basic screening was held. Shortly, I was selected for a technical round in WebEx. I was asked to be prepared for a 30-45 minutes of interview. Also, I was asked to prepare a s short presentation (about 5-10 minutes) walking through my profile. During the WebEx session, my computer failed to connect to their interview room and I was late by 15 minutes due to technical snag. As soon as I started presenting, the team wanted me to directly going projects. I did as they said but they left abruptly because they had other meetings. I hardly spoke for 10 minutes. I requested for another date but they did not give e a second chance.

      Interview

I applied online. The process consisted of: an initial phone call, a webex session, a ‘homework’ assignment and a second webex session. After that, they sent me an offer which, in my personal opinion, was not made in a professional way. Although I really like the products they are developing, the only reasonable thing to do was to turn the offer down. Overall, the application process was a waste of time. My advice: - Ask a copy of the Employee Manual before investing too much time in their application process. Read the manual and evaluate whether this is an environment you want to work in before making the effort of completing the assignment. - If they make an offer, evaluate the offer objectively. In my case, they kept on insisting how amazing this offer was for me; ignore that, look at the offer and evaluate it objectively. - Verify whether the offer contains all the information you need to decide, if something’s not clear ask for clarifications. - Take the time you need to make the decision. Don’t decide before you’re ready no matter how hard they push. - Read their Employee Manual once more… seriously, read it again.
