The interview was average difficulty, 3 different online interviews with the senior management. Each interview was around 30-45 minutes and were scheduled in advance. The questions asked were mostly related to the PM role.
I had 1 phone interview with the hiring manager.
Then 2 more rounds of interviews onsite, which included talking to 8 stakeholders for an hour each.
The company was still small back then, so I got to meet the founders and the executive team as well.
I received an offer within a week after my last round.

What are some of the challenges you encountered as a PM? How did you solve them? Who did you work with?
The interview process was very pleasant. The hiring team mainly cares about experience and who you are as a person. They seem straightforward and genuine. Talent acquisition responded quickly as well.
