The interview was fairly standard and was conducted online. The interviewer was very nice and was from rolls Royce. I had to prepare a five minute presentation on my future career over the next 2 years.
Online Assessment followed by a presentation of desired career timeline given to only one person over zoom, followed by simple questions regarding interests. After this, an assessment centre was held that looked more so at cognitive ability and team work skills

Assessment centre - 6 tasks, a presentation, technical questions, two group exercises, role play and competency. And the dinner, you’re not scored but obviously it all counts
