Asked to completed an assessment in advance and prepare a presentation to be delivered at the in person interview. Panel consisted of the LM and HR. Very friendly and welcoming whilst remaining professional. I was asked a number of competency based questions relevant to the role and my experience.

Interview
On time and well conducted. Not a set formula, but were really interested in me and what made me tick. Asked me to describe the things that excited me and how I approached challenges in my life outside work. Felt more like a conversation with a friend than an interview.
