They take revit test as the software evaluation round. Revit test is not very hard. You need to know basic modelling and family creation like door tags, add revision schedule to the sheets, create shared parameters and compose the sheet in the end.

The interview process was general questions starting from introduction to the experiences and salary expectations, also they would go for a bit of technical side of the revit too as they are mostly an outsourcing firm and need people with knowledge in Revit.
