Short, professional, and fair. The hr department contacted me in a short time and the whole process went easily. some CBI interviews are used. It was relevant and easy. I had also a technical demo with the academic supervisor. The time was suitable and the topic was sent before in an email from the HR department

The online education manager asked me to introduce myself and then some regular questions like why did you choose English Capsules, why teaching online, and so on. I was asked also to give a 1- to 15 minutes demo.

It was a terrible experience. The team is not professional at all. Although I got accepted, they changed the salary they promised at the beginning and they didn’t even read my CV!!!! POOR HR TEAM!!! The CEO did not respond to my mails!!! He set up a meeting and did not show up for 30 minutes till I sent him a reminder!!!
