three levels of screening; two rounds from enterprise pals tech team followed by the hiring manager from customer end. whole hiring process took 5 days to finish .
Tech team from enterprise pals includes a data lead and bigdata architect and project manager. most of tech evaluation are done at enterprise pals. customer call is mere a formal.
online training as per sechecule, Training material as per schedule; resume preperation on time, technical review on time and interview's as needed ontime, Marketing and placement as per schedule.
They qill know about our past experience and put questions as needed. They will aslo tel us the benefits and they will make sure if we are Ok with it or not.
