The interview process was easy. After the HR interview, HM interviewed. Both took a few minutes, which was questionable. If you were the leading candidate, you’d be asked various questions. Later, I was scheduled for a panel interview. Unfortunately, I spent a lot of time preparing a presentation and being ready for the main day. It was easy to recognize that I was a ghost candidate during my first panel interview, and the candidate had already been chosen. However, I perfectly managed the interview to the end. It is a suspicious sign when HR or HM doesn't ask many questions about your background and experience. Pay attention to these details.
