Had 2 rounds of technical rounds, managerial round and HR round. 1st round happened in 1st week of Feb-23, interview process went on for 2 months and HR process took more than 1 month. Worst part in my case is at end of the process they offered close to current salary even though I conveyed my expectation of 30% per market standard from the beginning of the process. HR was so irresponsible throughout the interview process. Just had 10mins discussion with HR during interview, after that only consultancy people were in touch with me. Atleast after selection company HR should have interaction with candidate directly. I have asked to reconsider offer as it is close to current salary, for that she gave advice that I will get learning opportunity which cannot be measured in monetary terms. What about the experience and learnings we bring in to organization? Does it not get fair value? Finally I feel they didn't want me to consider offer intentionally (they might not having urgent or critical requirement or some other reason).
