Phone call and in-person. Panel of 4 people. Met with directors, team leads, managers but no peers in the process. Some network questions, questions about my experiences and some personal questions.

Interview
Straight forward and easy to talk to. Longest part of the process was the background check. They were very open about changes within the company. As well as describing the team dynamic and what everyone works on.
