I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon (Bengaluru)
Interview
I was called for a F2F interview at Epsilon office.
There were totally 4 rounds out of which first and second rounds were sort of technical. Third round was with VP which indeed was quite insightful as he did share a lot about the company and also the expectations from the job role opening for which I was interviewed for. Overall the interview experience was delightful with a "feel good" factor in it.
Here comes the real twist - Soon after completing the interview with VP, I was told I will be having a HR round on the same day. Once it was done, I was told to leave stating I would get a call ASAP. I did get the call next day saying "I am through with Interview" and to share certain documents to process the offer. Its been more than 4 weeks for today, I have not heard back and am still waiting to get any update on the progress(if any).
My question to TA team is, if you consider not to hire, please be transparent and let that person know that you are not being considered for that position due to so & so reasons. It is totally not worth to make someone wait after being told that you are through with interview. Request to set the expectations before hand so that cost of wasting the time for both the parties - Interviewer and Interviewee will be saved.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Epsilon (Bengaluru)
Interview
Gave two rounds. First one was intro round. 2nd one was technical round which went well. But I was ghosted after that. Recruiters don’t bother about your emails. Don’t know what they are looking for as they keep posting same job every now and then.
We are disappointed to hear about your experience. We are continuously striving to provide a positive experience for all our candidates. We also believe there's always room to grow and will look into and mend the loopholes in our processes, on priority. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was a pretty lengthy process. Recruiters do a good job of guiding you through the process and you can have upwards to 4 or 5 interviews for the role. Epsilon does a great job of vetting talent
