I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Epsilon (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
The quickest interview process I've ever gone thru! I applied on a Wednesday, had my first interview on Friday, and had an offer in hand by the next Friday - absolutely amazing. I spoke with a recruiter, the hiring manager, a senior director on the team, and finally the VP. The candidate care was incredible and the steps were easily outlined.

Question 1
Why are you looking to leave your current company and join Epsilon?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon in May 2022
Interview
The process started with a phone screen with the manager. From there I participated in 3 video interviews with 4 other people, including another Manager, 2 team members, and the VP of TA. During the entire time, the communication was great and all interviews seemed to go well. After the last interview is when I never received any feedback on if I was moving forward or not. I sent several messages over several weeks with no acknowledgment or response. As an experienced Recruiter, I have never, and would never, treat a candidate this way, especially after the amount of time spent interviewing.
After 2+ months, I finally heard something back with some kind of excuse as to why I was never contacted again with an update, but that I was an excellent candidate. If I was such an excellent candidate, why didn't I receive proper and timely communication?
I highly advise taking note of this as you think about interviewing with this company.
The company overall seems like it has a lot to offer, and I think a chance with this company could be a positive experience, but I suppose there are always those bad seeds that ruin the integrity and look of how this company runs. Very disappointed.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Epsilon in Aug 2021
Interview
It was supposed to be about 4 rounds of interviews but was shortened to 3. All team members were very engaging and there was no part of the job description that I did not get answered.
