Recruiter was initially very communicative. Found to be a better fit for a different role and proceeded to interview for three entire hours only to be ghosted by Epsilon completely. I interviewed with 5 folks and all asked me how I handle firing people which was very odd for an interview. Followed up with their recruiter and never heard back. It’s been 4 weeks. It struck me as especially odd as the VP over this area went on a tangent about how potential prospects just aren’t responsive or ghost or pull their offer acceptance. Based on this, their culture is tragically awful and I’m happy I dodged this bullet.
