It was simple first coding round and then tdd driven development and after that got an email from hr regarding the good and bad, I could have done good but it went wrong

Possibly the best interview process I've undergone in my career, especially the format of the tech test stages. The process consisted of 1) A short screening call with the people team 2) A take home tech test which you can do in your own IDE, in your language of choice (fantastic format, kudos EE). Take home tests like this are great as candidates can make decisions themselves about what languages+frameworks+libraries they use, put as little or as much time into it as they want, and ultimately work in a way they choose which sets them up for success. The test also seems completely achievable within 1-3 hours. 3) A tech interview where you run through your code, iterate on it slightly, answer a few tech questions and then discuss general system design (fantastic format again). I think iterating on a take home test solution is a great idea, it means the face-to-face interview can cover much more content in the same amount of time, whilst still going to a good depth in each area. 4) A consultant Interview, focussing on your experiences & softer skills, specifically relating to past projects and experience with clients/stakeholders. My interviewers were really friendly and left more feedback for me than i've received in total from other application processes. Much appreciated thank you. Feedback after each stage was same/next day, and really thorough. Overall, a pretty perfect application process in my view, thanks EE.
