Equilibrium Marketing Solutions interview questions

I met with the manager and he was very nice. Just asked me about myself, my past experience, and what I wanted in a day to day position. It seems a bit scammy though. I applied for a customer service position and was offered a second interview for. A sales job. They call it customer service but it’s going out on the streets and “selling”. You basically get donors for non profits and work on commission. Idk any other customer service position that gets paid commission. It just overalled seemed deceitful and what they were promising seemed too good to be true. If you like the door to door vibe it could work for you but otherwise I’d avoid it because that’s where you start out and have to “work up” from there.

I attended the interview thinking its for me. They need more like an outdoor sales. Door to door marketing. Very low daily salary and low commission offered. They pay for gas allowance though. Its not for mw but maybe for other applicants interested to work long hours on commission
