I recently went through the interview process with Equinox and wanted to share my experience to help future candidates.
The initial stages of the process were positive. The team was professional, and I appreciated the opportunity to move forward to a second interview, which required additional time and travel on my end.
However, communication after the second interview was disappointing. I was encouraged to follow up if I did not hear back within a few days, which I did. After multiple follow-ups and a delay of several days, I received a generic rejection email with no personalized feedback.
At this stage of the process—especially after a second interview—I would have appreciated more timely and transparent communication. Even a brief, personalized response or quicker update would have made a big difference in the overall candidate experience.
Overall, the interview itself was a good experience, but the follow-up process could be improved to better respect candidates’ time and effort.
