I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ericsson (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
It happened in one week, through a campus recruiting event. They were very nice and the environment was very calm and nice. The interviewers were friendly and no pressure. The questions were testing my logic not how much can i remember by heart. There were also some behavioural questions. The face to face interview was a full day, i didnt have a phone screening before because of some time limits.

Interview
Three stage interview process. Interview with HR, manager and then the Team.
Worked super well. They were very clear on the process from the start and encouraged me to ask more questions about the company. Got a good overview of the culture side, the manager and the technical side of the work that was expected of me
There were two hiring managers. One of them seemed warmhearted, and another was playing cool. They asked serval questions after telling me the agenda for the day. The interview took around one hour.
