Terrible process, incredibly disorganised and with no regards to the applicants time. eight different interviews with different team members. the interview process is not clear and the timelines kept shifting, with no clear indication on when I would receive an answer. In the end, I was ghosted, even after sending multiple emails.

I had three rounds of interviews -- the first with HR, the second with the Partner of the practice, and the final round, which was a writing test. I did not receive any updates regarding my application or candidacy after I completed my final round.
