Initially, I had to send my resume and a cover letter. The next step was a skype interview with the foreign coordinator, where the process was explained. Lastly, an interview with the responsible person from the organization.

It went well. There wasn't any problem .only simple questions about me and my previous jobs. Just be your self and genuine about your self and your past.Thats all and then they offer me .
