Online application which us first screened by seconding agency. They proposed me to the mission. I was invited to a written test, followed by online interview with three-person interview panel

Interview
Standard interview with a panel of three persons: one HR officer and two representatives of the department where the vacancy was opened. The interview was focused on job-specific skills and experience rather then personal qualities. A test assignment was also part of the interview process.
