The interview was a relatively standard competency-based interview (difficult situations with colleagues, how to organise a meeting, how to prioritise tasks, strength & weaknesses), It was followed by a computer-based test. The test tested technical knowledge (content) and a second part concerned drafting and summarising skills. The interview atmosphere was friendly yet professional.
