Eustis Insurance & Benefits interview questions

The interview was done in a conference room with two managers. I was told there is normally a 3rd, but he was on vacation. The managers were very friendly and easy to talk to and seemed interested in what I had to say. They also were very open about the fact that this position will eventually lead to strictly customer service and then to insurance sales and that I'd have to get a license. Apparently everyone (or almost everyone) starts at the bottom and works their way up, so promoting from within definitely got my interest. I was also impressed with their high retention rate. The interview questions were fairly common ones: What did you like/dislike about a particular job in the past? What do you do for fun? Why are you interested in our company? Those kinds of questions. One thing that really stood out to me during this interview is that this company gets that the interview process goes both ways, and they really want to sell you on all the great things about the company. This was the least stressful interview I have ever been on. Another thing to note is for whatever reason, the president wants to sit in on the final round of interviews, so if I make the cut I'll basically have to do it all over so he can hear what I have to say.
