Seemed pretty disorganized. I got an interview via referral and their interview process consisted of 2 parts: first, a brief zoom call where it was both an introduction to the team (for behavioral?) with a loosely given database design question. Next round consisted of a php take home. The take home was the part that was hard to take seriously as the prompt was kind of all over the place. On the one had they said "we wanna be considerate of your time, so please don't take too long on this" but there was no skeleton codebase to work off of and upon asking for clarification they asked me to build an MVP. Big red flag. It was just way too open ended. Otherwise, very polite and respectful communicators.
