Whats accretive/dilutive and how youd go about working that out
first round interview a week after applying online. interviewed one on one with an analyst in new york office with most of it being technicals for 30 minutes or so. technicals were super hard and advanced
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Evercore (New York, NY) in Jan 2026
Interview
2 45 minute technical interviews, starts off with general technicals then gets into an LBO case where you have to find values first based on margins. They also go into basic behaviourals like why evercore and what industry do you want to work in and why, The behaviourals are very short and only at the beggining however.
