Everlance interview questions

The interview process was very efficient and was more conversational than anything. We both got to know each other well and simple sales questions were asked to make sure I was a strong candidate.

I did the initial phone screen and thought it went very well. The hiring manager provided a take home assignment. I had 48 hours before I needed to submit. After that was the talk with the CTO who seemed very disinterested in our talk. I thought the interview process was fine until I got to the CTO. He left our conversation in the middle which I thought was very rude. The next day I got an email saying that I didn’t have enough experience. I inquired about why they came to that conclusion after reviewing my experience on my resume and wanting to talk to me after reviewing the take home project. Obviously, I did not get a reply back. They totally just wasted my time.
