While this is a major company, I can only speak to my specific interview experience, which was the worst I’ve encountered for a business of this scale. The process began with the hiring manager calling me directly for the initial screening. While this seemed efficient at first, the lack of HR involvement was a red flag.
The manager promised to follow up within two weeks but failed to do so. I had to send a reminder, after which I was invited to a lengthy second interview. During that meeting, he explicitly stated there would be a final onsite round and that he would be in touch within a couple of weeks. Instead, a full month passed with no update. When he finally reached out, it was to say they were moving forward with someone else—directly contradicting his previous statement about the next steps. The process felt disorganized and lacked transparency.
