Interview not being conducted professionally. Candidate has to follow up closely with the interview time and date. No email sent just communicate by phone call. The result of interview not being announced as well. Leaving very bad impression to me. There's questionnaire being given in the end of the interview like having marketing exam paper during your university time which is totally irrelevant to the work.
