The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Evilnut Creative Technology
Interview
(1) Must know Mandarin Chinese because the interview was conducted in Mandarin. (2) The marketing specialist position is actually a sales one. You need to approach / cold call potential clients. (3) Salary = basic salary plus commission pay / not the $27/hour as advertised.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Evilnut Creative Technology
Interview
First of all they forgot my interview so their project manager set up a meeting with me in a hurry without taking a look at my portfolio before hand. Second of all, their product manager didn't know about Inspect Mode on mainstream prototyping tools like InVision, so their developers got to do lots of extra works. And thirdly, when discussing about salary, after dodging the question, I gave him the range of what a standard junior UX designer earned. He seemed surprised and then teased at me by asking how much my last job offered me. If you are a designer or developer, don't bother even applying it. They are not professional and they show zero respect to professionalism.

Question 1
The PM let me look at their website and asked me what change would I make.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Evilnut Creative Technology (Vancouver, BC) in May 2017
Interview
They require you to understand and speak Mandarin as the whole interview was done in Mandarin but you can reply in English. The interview questions were simple. They gave me a test to see how you will be able to attract students to their event so you would have to act our how to approach the client and what you would say. The whole interview lasted around 30min and they were very relaxed and not as formal as other businesses.
