EvoNexus interview questions

The first steps of the process went well, but my first interaction with the CEO was weird. He asked me questions that were irrelevant to the position and began negotiations against my salary requests before we even got to that point (talking about limited budget, etc). It was an odd experience, but I really liked the Director below him so I took the job anyway.
