I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Evolve (CO) (Aurora, CO) in Apr 2024
Interview
I went in for a marketing position. I was a few minutes early, so I sat in the entry way while it seemed like the entire company was having some all-hands meeting before going out to raise funds. I forget the guy's name who led the meeting, but just overhearing him already told me there was no way that I would work there. He was incredibly condescending to everyone, saying how they were not good enough unless they hustled like him, and so on. Insufferable.
I stuck around for the interview anyway, and they strongly hinted that nobody started as an actual marketer, and it was expected that I would "temporarily" join the ranks of people going around asking for donations in front of businesses and going door to door. I said I would be happy to start working in the marketing dept, but I wouldn't be doing fundraising for more than a week or two to get a feel for what the company did. It was an obvious mismatch, and they never contact me again, which I was fine with.

How comfortable would you be standing for hours in front of a store to solicit funds for nonprofits?

Interview
It was a three step process. There was an online interview with the CEO, then one of their associates and then finally a couple questions from the person offering me the job. The process was to make the company seem legit even though it is a devilcorp.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Evolve (CO) (Aurora Highlands, CO) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was super strange, it started as a group interview but they didn’t tell me it was going to be a group interview. Then followed up by a one on one interview. The lady was late and took the interview from the car, super unprofessionally.
