There were too many red flags: 1. Below median salary and no stock options. 2. Never got to see the office or meet any non-executive employee. 3. An interviewer made off-colour remarks about where I live and where I'm from. 4. Lacking professionalism - at least one interviewer had never even looked at my CV.
