      Customer Support Specialist Interview

      28 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ExaCare in Mar 2026

      Interview

HR connected with me via LinkedIn. While the process was straightforward, there was no transparency regarding compensation in the job posting (this is required in Ontario) and in the screening call. The recruiter asked for me to state a range initially. When asking for the hiring range, she said there isn't one, and pretended to check her laptop for one, explaining how there have been recent changes. I chose not to move forward due to their approach, and would encourage any applicant to gain clarity before investing time into a process.
