I got a call from HR we arranged a date for an online interview to be the next day and I clarified the expected salary and my notice period (1 month) during this phone call and she was ok with that. the next day she postponed the interview another day and it was fine for me. there was no HR interview only a technical one and lasted less than 30 minutes, we talked about my previous experience, basic PHP questions some oop, but nothing hard. a week after they sent me a job offer with the expected salary I asked for, and I accepted the offer and resigned from my current job. The next day they sent me an email that they withdraw the job offer because the notice period is too long for them. although they kept posting for this job for more than 2 months after.
