This interview experience left much to be desired. Despite me arriving early and waiting in the meeting room, the interviewer, whom I recognised from the company's website, displayed a lack of professionalism from the outset. I initially thought she was approaching me for a handshake but she simply walked past me to fetch herself some water and then sat down and made no effort to introduce herself.
Throughout the interview, it became evident that she had not thoroughly reviewed my resume, as she asked superficial questions and showed little engagement and interest. Her frequent interruptions and indifferent attitude further detracted from the conversation. Particularly concerning was her dismissive remark during a discussion about team leadership, declaring that "a team will not listen to you," speaking volumes about her own capabilities as a leader.
