I applied online and was contacted for an interview. My interview lasted about an hour and I felt it went really well. It was competency based and the 2 interviewers were really friendly and welcoming. I then got invited back for a 2nd interview, again another hour with someone different. Same questions were asked and a few others. They stopped the interview half way through for someone else to come in, I think he was a director of some sort, who then asked standard questions. The new interviewer wasn't welcoming at all. After committing 2 hours to the interview process, I had to chase and chase the resourcing team for an outcome. It became apparent I wasn't sucessful, however the feedback didn't come until 3 months later. Wouldn't apply to this company again unless they change their recruitment processes and enhance their candidate experience!
