There is a written exam at client place once qualified only can attend face to face interview. The interview was a long one which is all based on real time scenarios

I got a phone invitation to take a written test in their office in Sofia.
Several days after I took the test I got a phone invitation for in-person interview.
Then in the in-person interview I have been interviewed by two senior qa managers.
