Experlogix interview questions

Short but solid interview procedure: 1. Recruiter 2. Manager 3. Manager en CEO Very open conversations. Mostly questions to get to know me and a bit about my experience etc. From initial interview to offer took not more then 3 weeks.

2 calls, 1 with the owner, 1 with the director for Professional services. Total less than 20 minutes. No review of technical skills or experience what so ever. Really just wanted a warm body. Assigned me to a client on my first day and told them I was their lead architect, yet I hadn't even seen the Experlogix solution at that point.
